Google review replies for Hyderabad restaurants, cafés and bakeries
You already know your reviews matter. Guests check them before they choose where to eat, and they read your replies too. What most owners don’t have is time. Reviews come in during lunch rush, during a wedding order, or at 11 pm after closing. The reply gets pushed to “tomorrow”, and tomorrow gets busy.
That’s the one job RadDeals does. We reply to your Google reviews within 48 hours, and nothing negative goes out in your name until you’ve approved it.
What you get each month
- Replies to your Google reviews. In the first month we clear a backlog of up to 30 older reviews. After that, every new review gets a reply within 48 hours.
- You approve the hard ones. Every reply to a negative review goes to you by email first. You reply “OK” or send your edits, and only then do we post it. Replies to happy reviews follow a tone we agree with you at the start.
- A cleaner Google Business Profile. We check and fix the basics: categories, opening hours, description and menu or services.
- 4 Google posts a month. Short updates about a new dish, festival timings or a weekend special, written with you.
- A “review us” QR card. A printable card you can show to every guest. It’s the same card for everyone: no filtering, no freebies in exchange for reviews.
- A month-end report. A plain before/after summary of what we replied to and what we fixed.

How it works
1. Free one-page audit. Send us your restaurant’s name or Google Maps link. We look at your public profile and email you one page: how many recent reviews have an owner reply, which negative reviews are still waiting, and what’s missing from your profile. You can use it yourself even if you never hire us.
2. Add us as a manager. If you decide to go ahead, you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. Google lets owners give managers access to respond to reviews and edit info without sharing a password, and you can remove us any time. (Google: Manage your Business Profile owners & managers)
3. We reply, you approve, we post. We draft replies within 48 hours. Negative-review replies come to you by email for an OK or edits before anything goes live.
4. Month-end report. You see exactly what was done.

It’s short, it names the actual problem, it says what was done, and it doesn’t argue. It also doesn’t offer a discount or free meal. Google’s own guidance on replies is to keep them short, conversational rather than promotional, and to avoid using replies to offer deals. (Google Business Profile Help)
What we will never do
- Write, buy, reward or filter reviews. Google’s policy doesn’t allow businesses to offer incentives for reviews or to “selectively solicit positive reviews from customers”. (Google Maps user-contributed content policy)
- Promise a higher rating, a better ranking or more reviews. Nobody controls those, and anyone who promises them is guessing.
- Post a reply to a negative review without your OK.
- Ask for your Google password.
