Privacy Policy

This plain-language policy explains how RADDEALS PRIVATE LIMITED (“RadDeals”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data for our website and Google Review Care service. We aim to follow the spirit of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This page is a draft and is not legal advice.

What we collect

When you use the free audit form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• An optional Google Maps link to your business
• Your consent to this policy

If you email us at connect.raddeals@gmail.com, we also receive whatever you include in that message.

We do not ask for a phone number on this form. We do not run ads on this site.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your audit request and discuss Google Review Care
• To look up your public Google Business Profile when you share a Maps link
• To keep basic records of our correspondence with you

We process this data because you ask us to (consent / to take steps at your request before a contract).

Who processes the form

Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit.co, which receives the form data and delivers it to our email inbox (connect.raddeals@gmail.com). Their service sits between your browser and our mailbox. Please also read FormSubmit’s own privacy terms.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate visit data such as pages viewed, referrer, country and device type, without tracking individuals or setting cookies. Cloudflare says its analytics script does not use cookies or other browser storage and does not fingerprint visitors, and that the IP address received with each visit is discarded and not stored. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We share it only with processors needed to run the service (such as FormSubmit, Cloudflare and our email provider), or if required by law.

Retention

Audit requests and related emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, to deliver the service and meet basic business or tax record-keeping. If you do not become a customer, we aim to delete or anonymise form data within 12 months of the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights (correction and deletion)

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for further contact. Email connect.raddeals@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
